Join us for fun summer camps and learn to draw and paint! All new lessons!

Getting Ready Ages: 4-7    1:00-3:00 p.m.
Each two-hour session will focus on a different animal or character. In addition to a Monart drawing lesson, students will be exposed to a variety of related literature and complete a craft or clay project. Tuition is $90.00 for three afternoons which includes all supplies and materials.
Horse Camp June 2-4 We’ll draw a “My Little Pony”, a unicorn and a realistic pony.
Creepy Crawlies June 9-11 We’ll draw a tarantula, a snake and a lizard.
Princess Camp June 16-18 We’ll draw Cinderella, a fairy godmother and an animal princess.
Jungle Adventure June 23-25 We’ll draw a blue morpho butterfly, a tree frog and a quetzal.
Back by popular demand: Pink, Pink and more Pink! July 7-9 We’ll draw a fairy, “Glenda the Good Witch” and a pink poodle.
Arctic Animals July 14-16 We’ll draw a polar bear, Arctic Fox and walrus.
Under the Sea July 21-23 We’ll draw a trigger fish, a hermit crab and sea horse.
Big Cats July 28-30 We’ll draw a jaguar, a tiger and a lion.
Back by popular demand: Dino Days! Aug 4-6 We’ll draw a brontosaurus, a sail fin and underwater creatures.
Egyptian Journey Aug 11-13 We’ll draw King Tut, copy Egyptian artwork and learn about ancient hieroglyphs.

Basic Monart Ages: 8-12    1:00-3:00 p.m.
Each two-hour session will focus on a different theme. In addition to a Monart lesson, students will be exposed to a variety of literature. Students will experiment with mixed media techniques and complete a craft or clay project. Tuition for three afternoons is $90.00 which includes all supplies and materials.
Creepy Crawlies June 2-4 We’ll draw a tarantula, a snake, a scorpion and a lizard.
Horse Camp June 9-11 We’ll draw horses with a variety of media including new water soluble graphite sticks and pastel.
Jungle Adventure June 16-18 We’ll draw a tree frog, a quetzal, an anteater and a jaguar.
Cartooning June 23-25 Learn how to draw Manga style people and different cartooning techniques such as caricatures and other popular characters.
Back by popular demand: Star Wars! July 7-9 We’ll draw many characters including Yoda and Darth Vader.
Animals Nobody Loves July 14-16 We’ll draw a vulture, insects and a barracuda.
Cultural People and their art July 21-23 Learn about proper facial proportions while studying different cultures. We’ll draw an Aboriginal man, an African person and “The Carrier of the Maize”.
Pencil Studies July 28-30 (Must have prior Monart experience.) We’ll learn proper shading techniques for a variety of subject matter including animal fur, draped cloth and work on a colored pencil still life.
Nocturnal Animals Aug 4-6 We’ll draw wolves, a raccoon, fruit bats and an owl.
Under the Sea Aug 11-13 We’ll draw a trigger fish, hermit crab and a deep sea lantern fish.

First Steps Ages: 3-4   1:00-3:00 p.m.
Join us for fun making crafts, reading stories and learning about animals and insects. Students will experience a “mini” Monart lesson while practicing cutting, pasting, sorting and following directions. Tuition is $90.00 which includes all supplies and materials.
Pets June 23-25 Join us as we learn about different types of pets and their care. We will also read stories about everyone’s favorite big red dog – Clifford!
Blast Off into Space! July 28-30 Children will learn about the solar system while creating unique pieces of art including aliens and rocket ships! We will be painting so be prepared for a little mess and wear old clothes.
Zoo Animals Aug 11-13 Have fun exploring zoo animals and creating artwork with fun prints and stamps. We will make elephants, giraffes, fish and more!

Weekly art classes
Join us for weekly art classes and learn how to draw and paint using the patented Monart method. Have fun using new media while learning to draw cartoons, people, animals and more. A new lesson plan each week! Tuition includes all supplies and materials. $15 registration fee reserves your spot. Call now for a registration packet, classes fill up quickly!
First Steps Ages: 3-4 Wed 10:00-11:00; Thurs. 10:00-11:00, 12:30-1:30; Fri. 12:30-1:30 Improves fine motor skills for our youngest artists. Have fun cutting and gluing to create original artwork!
Getting Ready Ages: 4-6 Mon. 10:00-11:00; Tues. 4:30-5:30; Wed. 4:30-5:30; Thurs. 2:30-3:30, 4:30-5:30

Intro. To Watercolor and Acrylic Painting Ages: 12-adult Wed. 10:00-12:00

*****New summer enrollment procedure: We are holding class for ten weeks: June 2- Aug. 15th (week of 4th of July off). Pay for eight classes and choose which dates you can attend. If you would like to attend all ten classes, tuition for the last two classes will be due the first week of August. Prices are as follows for eight weeks including the $15 registration fee for new students:

One hour class: $$145     1 1/2 hour class: $165     Two hour class: $195

Camp Classroom Policies and Procedures
--Please drop off your student(s) at the door; classes will begin and end promptly, so please be on time.
--Students will be dismissed outside after camps by the pond. Please be aware that parking is limited and for safety reasons parking is not allowed in the driveway.
--If waiting in the foyer, please turn off your cell phone as the ring will be disruptive to the class and please remember many other classes are taking place which require quiet. Please help us maintain a quiet atmosphere in the entire building.
--No refunds for missed classes, make-ups for illness only.

Payment Options/Cancellation Policies
--Full payment is due before the camp begins. Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted. A 2% handling fee applies to all credit card sales. Please send in the registration form with the tuition payment. No registration fee for camps.
--A full refund will be granted if the class/camp is canceled or full. Tuition refund minus a $35.00 cancellation fee per student will be granted if Monart is notified of the cancellation more than seven calendar days before the class/camp begins. If the spot can be filled the $35.00 cancellation fee will not be enforced. NO refunds are granted once the class/camp has begun.
