Monart Drawing Classes at Blessed Sacrament!

Sign up for Monart classes now - don’t miss out on the fun new projects! Classes meet weekly after school in the basement by the art room. Wed. 3:20-4:20 (ages 5-7) and 4:30-5:30 (ages 8-12).

The first session will last 10 weeks. We will meet on Sept. 10, 17, 24; Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Nov. 5 & 12. The cost for the 10 week session is $175.00 which includes all supplies. Students will be learning about animals around the world – reptiles, birds, mammals and many more! Have fun using new media such as watercolor paintbrushes with the color already in the handle!

The second session will last 9 weeks. We will meet on Jan. 14, 21, 28; Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25; Mar. 4 & 11. The cost of the 9 week session is $157.50 per student. Students will be drawing water creatures such as koi fish, frogs,
pre-historic sea creatures, a marine iguana and much more! Look forward to new media such as oil pastel and watercolor!

The Third session will last 8 weeks. We will meet on Apr. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20. The cost of the 8 week session is $140.00 per student.

Have fun drawing “creepy crawlies” such as a scorpion, tarantula, Gila monster and many more creatures. Students will use a variety of materials such as watercolor pencils and chalk pastel.

All materials and supplies are included in tuition.
